1. Great quality product, excellent service, speedy, hassle free delivery

   I purchased the hot knife rope cutter to sort out my bungee cords and ropes on my rural property. The price was very good compared to similar products on the marked and the free delivery in Australia was a decider. The product arrived in good time to rural WA and is an excellent item. It is sturdy, well made and does the job to more than my expectatations. I recommend the knife and ropes galore to anyone.

2. Great tool runs very well on inverter

   Delivered very quickly as per description. Used it on a boat running from an inverter and did about an hour of rope work catch up. Wondering now why I put up with the small gas knife for so long.

6. solid tool, good price, fast delivery

   For 20 years I have been using lighters, insulation tape, and the occasional whipping to treat the rope ends, making hundreds of mooring lines, halyards, anchorodes etc.
   This tool does it so much better and quicker, heats up in 5 seconds. Sofar I cut silverrope and nylon from 4 to 24 mm.
   Should have bough this tool 19 years ago!!
   although at times there is no 240 Volt available. Plan to use then a small inverter and run it off the ship's 12 Volt battery. It only uses 60 watts.

   The salesman was great and answered all of my questions over the phone without any dramas.
   The hot knife was delivered overnight. The unit is solid and came in a foam-lined hard plastic case. Very happy with the knife thus far, it will be getting a good workout.

   Living in "remote" NW WA you rarely see items advertised as fast delivery arrive anywhere close to that. Ropes galore delivered through with their promise.
   
   Hot knife is doing its job as intended. Had my mind set on an engle but saw this one at more than half the price WITH a blade.Knife is doing the job easily and with a good finish. Only used it on 6mm cord, 9 & 11mm bluewater II plus 11mm dynamic rope. Hard case is a bonus and keeps all the bits together without fuss. Extra 60mm blade stored away with plenty of room for more (not that you'll ever fill up the case)
