Great rope at a terrific price - did a lot of shipping around and this was the best price by far for 100m of black rope. Very happy with the quality too.

You were fine, however Australia Post appear to have lost the item. I am waiting for them to get back to me. I don't know where I stand on compensation if they can't recover it.
