Ordering Problems

If you are you trying to create a account or do a new order & you get the msg below that we have shown in red.

The email address entered is already in use by another customer. Please choose another.

This means you have placed a order before & did not create a account.

If you need to do your order quickly just click on check out as a guest.

If you want to create a account, click on forgot password & you will get a pass word reset email  with a link to do that. Sometimes it can take up up to 20 - 30 minutes to receive this email so please be patient, they usually arrive in around 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.

Why should you create a account ?

 (1) No need to type in address  on new orders.

(2) One click of the mouse to reorder any old orders.

(3) It enables you to log in & do all of the below.

My Account

From this page you can view your orders, update your account details and more. Choose an option from the menu on the right or learn more about each option below:

  • View Messages - You can receive and send messages to Rope Galore about your order. When a message is sent regarding one of your orders, you will receive an email notification.
  • View Order Status - See the status of every order you've placed at Rope Galore, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number.
  • Completed Orders - See all completed orders you've placed at Rope Galore. You can also print invoices from this page.
  • Your Address Book - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
  • Wish Lists - Add, edit and remove wish lists, see items in your wish lists and optionally add each item to your shopping cart for purchase.
  • Your Account Details - Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.
  • Your Recent Items - See a list of items you've recently viewed at Rope Galore.
